Terms of Use
Last updated: 14 July 2026
By creating an account or using Gleaned (formally Gleaned Organics) you agree to these terms.
What the service is
Gleaned checks publicly available product and price information
on the online shops of UK certified organic farms and vineyards, and reports
offers and price changes to account holders — on the dashboard and by email.
What it isn't
- We don't sell anything. All purchases happen on the producers'
own websites, under their prices and terms. We are not a party to any purchase.
- We're not affiliated with the producers. Producer names and logos
identify whose public offers we monitor; they don't imply endorsement or
partnership. We take no commission and receive nothing from them.
- Prices aren't guaranteed. Information is collected automatically
from public pages and can be wrong, stale, or already expired by the time you
see it. Always check the producer's site before buying. We accept no liability
for purchase decisions made on the strength of the data shown here.
Your account
- Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- Don't abuse the service — no scraping our data for republication, no attempting
to access other accounts, no using the service to harm the producers' sites.
- This is a private beta: we may change, suspend, or shut down the service, or
close accounts, at any time. If we close yours we'll delete your data as described
in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
The service is provided "as is", free of charge, and without warranties. To the
extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to nothing more than
re-providing the service or deleting your account. Nothing in these terms limits
liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
